The folks at Toys R Us know they’re dealing with a big ‘mo when you place the following items down at check-out:
I can’t remember a gayer purchase at TRU, unless you count the time I bought the Justin Timberlake marionette and the Mary Kate and Ashley dolls to get a vest for my custom Prince Adam. To be fair, only the Leia figure is for me. The Barbie Batgirl is going into the fabulous Fanboys of the Universe Gift Basket, which will be raffled off during Southern Decadence in New Orleans (August 29-September 1)! Proceeds will benefit Food for Friends, a local organization that provides healthy meals and other services to those living with HIV/AIDS in the New Orleans area. I will publish a complete list of what’s in the basket in the Forum on Friday. If you’re going to be in New Orleans for Southern Decadence, let me know, and I’ll hook you up with a FBOTU t-shirt and a chance to win the gift basket! I may even give you some beads, but you have to earn those.
