It was a big week in comics history as the Fantastic Four became the Slightly Less Fantastic Three. If you’re tuning in to get FBOTU‘s take on this game-changing event, I apologize. See, I don’t read Fantastic Four. Frankly, I just can’t stand that Thing guy. Frequent Comics Load contributor Brian doesn’t read it, either. He wouldn’t share his reasons with me, so I can only assume he also dislikes the whole “clobbering” nonsense. However, because I love our FBOTU readers, I was going to try to catch up on a few back issues and report on it anyway, but the issue was sold out at all my surrounding comic book stores. So, my only input on the matter is to speculate how exactly this will affect Daken. There’s sure to be some sort of murderous and/or sexual freak-out in his book next month. When the second printing of this week’s Fantastic Four issue comes around, I will try to get it and see what all the fuss is about. For now, please enjoy the following non-Fantastic Four Comics Load!
