The Thor momentum keeps building with the release of two new movie posters. Both posters feature members of the cast in close up. The first poster is all Chris Hemsworth, featuring an expression that lets you know he’s not just another pretty face; he means business! Thunder god business!
The second poster features key members of the cast, including Thor (Hemsworth), Odin (Anthony Hopkins), Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) and Heimdall (Idris Elba). I’m assuming Loki will get his own poster. And Throg. Throg should definitely get his own poster.
I like the “summer blockbuster meets mythological epic” feel of them. However, if I were Marvel Studios (or Natalie), I’d be concerned that everyone out there in cyberspace is just going to crop the poster, so it says, “HO,” instead of “THOR.”
